How to Package Your Cards for Grading

Step 1: Place each card into a protective sleeve and then a semi-rigid holder. See here and here if you need to purchase sleeves and/or holders.
Important: We advise against submitting in top loaders, hard acrylic cases or screw down holders. Submissions received in these types of cases will experience delays in processing and the cases will not be returned with your submission.

Step 2: Place the cards in the order in which they appear on your order confirmation, and then sandwich them in between two cardboard pieces that are larger than the cards. See here if you need to purchase cardboard pieces.

Step 3: Secure the cardboard pieces with rubber bands. The rubber bands should be just tight enough to prevent the cards from falling out, but not too tight so as to damage your cards.

Step 4: Protect the cards with packing material such as bubble wrap or foam wrap. See here and here if you need to purchase packing material.

Step 5: Pack the cards in a sturdy cardboard box, ensuring the cards are not packed too tightly, which may cause damage if the box is mishandled. If you are only sending a few cards, you can also use bubble mailers. See here if you need to purchase bubble mailers.

Step 6: Print your order confirmation and place it in the box.

Step 7: Use packing tape to completely seal the outside of the box. See here if you need to purchase packing tape.
